A commentary in yesterday’s Wall Street Journal makes the argument that Students for Fair Admission expresses “clearly defined,” “established,” “fundamental,” “settled,” “national” or “firm” public policy against DEI and “woke.” Bob Jones used all of those modifiers to make sure that we understood that public policy is something that is no longer even remotely subject to debate.
